What are your application fees?
The Application Fee is $100 per applicant, 18 years or older. There is also an Administration Fee of $250.
What is the required Security Deposit?
Our security deposit varies ranging from a $500 standard deposit up to two months’ rent.
What lease terms do you offer?
We offer 7 to 12-month lease terms.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do allow pets. Please call the Leasing Office for details on our pet policy.
Do you require Renters Insurance?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for your personal property protection. Please call our leasing office for complete details!
How long does it take for my application to be approved?
Once all required documentation is received, along with your application for residency, the approval process takes 24-72 hours.

You can register online at www.breezespalmaire.com. Once registered, you will be able to pay your rent online with your checking or saving account, debit or credit card. You may also pay at our Leasing Office during business hours.

Can I install a satellite dish?
Satellite dishes are not permitted.
Are grills permitted in balconies?
Only electric grills are permitted.
Do you have washer and dryers in units?
We offer washer/dryer in all units.
What is the average cost for monthly utilities?
Water is charged monthly by floor plan type: $50/month for 1-bedrooms, $75/month for 2-bedrooms. Trash Removal is $25/month. Preventative Pest Control is $3/month. Please see our leasing team for more details on utility costs!
